I enjoyed learning the history of downtown. I never knew Delavan was so old. I also did not know that Bradley has been around that long. I really hope that the movie theater is re-opened some day because it has such rich history. It was funny when Missus Delavan was talking about her first kiss and first cigarette she had at the movie theater. Alex R.
Our first stop in town was the Latimer House. When we were there, we met Mrs. Nielson (Missus Delavan). She took us around down town Delavan and gave us a lot of information about the different places. Kaitlin W.
Missus Delavan told us about the Allyn Mansion, a place I knew least about. I would like to see the inside of it some day. We toured the right side of the brick street, where she told us about the present buildings. Jack W.
