Guide to Surveyed Folklore Collections

Guide to Surveyed Folklore Collections

Organized by state and city, and in some cases also by repository, the following listing presents the Upper Midwestern folklore and public folklore project collections that CSUMC staff have reviewed and described since 2003 and/or entered into the National Folklife Archives Initiative database since 2013. Links to Collection Guides and repositories have been provided where available. Please note that the title for each collection may vary from the repository to the regional survey report to the collection guide to original grant proposals and agency final reports. The following titles have been adjusted to illuminate collection scope and contents more readily.
