SWEDISH: Limpa Bread.

This Swedish tradition is just one of the many breads master baker Chris Boyd sells at Eagle Baking Company in Eagle River. The recipe for this bread came from Wanda Peterson Mango of Door County. When young Wanda used to slice bread for the family, Grandpa Peterson always reminded her about the old Swedish custom that says you can't marry until you learn how to cut bread straight.
