Gail Sabean of the Lakeview Lutheran Church in Madison rolls lefse
for their annual lutefisk dinner in October. Lefse is a Norwegian
pastry made from potatoes, flour, butter and cream. The potatoes
are cooked, whipped and made into dough, then rolled out and lightly
baked on a special griddle.
