Wisconsin Teachers of Local Culture (WTLC) is a network of PK-12 educators who value and include local culture in their classroom, library and museum teaching. WTLC strives to provide inspiration, support and delight through workshops, cultural tours and local culture projects. WTLC is a joint program of the Wisconsin Arts Board and the University of Wisconsin-Madison Center for the Study of Upper Midwestern Cultures, in partnership with the Chippewa Valley Museum.
